For most of my twenties, golf was a big part of my life. I played often, worked my handicap down to a 5, and loved the challenge of improving my game.
Then life happened.
I got married, started a family, built a career, and for the
next 30 years I played only a couple of rounds each year.
Like many golfers, I assumed I would simply pick the game back up when life slowed down.
When I started playing regularly again in my early fifties, I quickly realized something had changed.
My swing wasn't the problem.
My body was.
Instead of accepting that getting older meant playing worse, I decided to rebuild my strength, mobility, and health.
That journey changed not only how I played golf, but how I felt every day.
Today I share the habits, routines, and practical strategies that have helped me move better, recover faster, and enjoy the game I love.
